The most popular way to flavor your cooking with the exotic white truffles flavor is to use truffle oil. You can find many types of truffle oil in a gourmet market and find it confusing to choose. For the most part, it is a matter of preference. Some customers prefer sunflower-seed truffle oil since it has the most intense flavor of all the truffle oils. I found it to be the most popular among chefs due to affordability in price. Olive oil has a dominant flavor and you might miss the truffle flavor in it. However, for some clients who love olive oil, it is sufficient and represents a more healthy choice to begin with. I personally prefer Grape-seed truffle oil. It is healthier than olive oil and produces the intense flavor that i love. That way I don't have to use a lot of oil to flavor my food. I also love to share it with my daughter and it is a great way to supplement her diet with antioxidants and omegas.

Many chefs don't have access to bulk truffle products that can definitely produce higher revenue for their restaurants or catering service. That is why, we recommend truffle essence instead of the oil.
